This project reimagines the aging Paldang Dam as a circular architectural resource by integrating a large-scale data center instead of demolishing the existing infrastructure. Leveraging the dam's microclimate and river-generated airflow for passive cooling, the proposal minimizes construction waste while demonstrating how existing infrastructure can be adaptively reused for sustainable data center design.
