Proposed in response to the long-term ecological damage caused by the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill, this project envisions a floating research infrastructure dedicated to marine ecosystem restoration. Built upon an expandable triangular modular platform, it integrates research, monitoring, and living facilities within a self-sustaining floating system. Bladeless wind energy and buoyant structural technologies reduce external energy dependence, creating a resilient research hub designed for continuous environmental monitoring and long-term ecological recovery.
